ጀስቲስ ህንጻ ስራ ተቋራጭ ኃ.የተ.የግ.ማ ቀጣይነት ላለው መሻሻል እና ከ ISO 9001፡2015 ማዕቀፍ ጋር የተጣጣሙ ፣ የሚለኩ የጥራት ዓላማዎችን ለማዘጋጀት ቁርጠኛ ነው። እነዚህ የጥራት አላማዎች በግንባታ ኢንዱሰትሪ ውስጥ የሚስተዋሉና ተለይተው የሚታወቁ ስጋቶች(መሰናክሎች) እንዲሁም ምቹ ሁኔታዎች (መደላድሎች) ላይ አተኩሮ በመስራት አፈፃፀምን ለማሻሻል የተነደፉ ናቸው። የጥራት አስተዳደር ስርዓቱ በከፍተኛ አመራር የበላይ ኃላፊነት በመደበኛነት ቁጥጥር ይደረግበታል፣ ይለካል፣ ይገመገማል እንዲሁም ይሻሻላል። የአፈጻጸም ውጤቶች፣ የጥራት አስተዳደር ስርዓቱ ውጤታማነት እና የተድረጉ ማሻሻያዎች በሁሉም የድርጅቱ ደረጃዎች ላይ ለሚገኙ ሰራተኞች ቀጣይነት ያለው መግለጫ ይሰጣል።

Blacklisting Criteria
Identified Fraud in Submitted Legal Documentation - Suppliers found submitting fraudulent legal documents will be immediately blacklisted and excluded from all future business opportunities.
Important Notes
- All suppliers must meet the mandatory Legal & Regulatory Compliance criteria
- Scoring is based on weighted evaluation of criteria 1-7 (excluding mandatory criteria 5)
- Suppliers must achieve a minimum overall score of 70% to be considered
- Documentation review and site visits may be conducted as part of evaluation
Evaluation Criteria for Subcontractor Selection
We evaluate all potential subcontractors based on comprehensive criteria to ensure safe, high-quality, and reliable project execution.
